Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support Sales Rep I/II team members to ensure quota attainment and client satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor sales reps on best practices for prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and retention.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and provide performance feedback, guidance, and escalation support.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, pricing models, and client acquisition tactics.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports highlighting team metrics and client outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client success roles.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales team or oversee multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and analyzing sales performance data.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and client retention.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Experience building and managing remote or 1099 contractor teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve client or team challenges quickly.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Track record of developing long-term client relationships and reducing churn.
