Responsibilities
- •Oversee and support Sales Rep I/II team members to ensure quota attainment and client satisfaction.
- •Coach and mentor sales reps on best practices for prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and retention.
- •Monitor pipeline activity and provide performance feedback, guidance, and escalation support.
- •Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, pricing models, and client acquisition tactics.
- •Prepare and deliver performance reports highlighting team metrics and client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- •3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client success roles.
- •Proven ability to manage a sales team or oversee multiple accounts simultaneously.
- •Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
- •Experience using CRM platforms and analyzing sales performance data.
- •Ability to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and client retention.
Preferred Qualifications
- •Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or professional services.
- •Experience building and managing remote or 1099 contractor teams.
- •Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve client or team challenges quickly.
- •Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- •Track record of developing long-term client relationships and reducing churn.
