Responsibilities

  • •Develop, customize, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and Astro with TypeScript.
  • •Implement clean, scalable front-end code using Tailwind CSS (TWCSS) and best practices.
  • •Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all web projects.
  • •Integrate plugins, APIs, and third-party tools into WordPress and Astro environments.
  • •Conduct technical SEO optimizations including site speed improvements, schema markup, and on-page structure enhancements.
  • •Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver high-converting web experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • •2+ years of front-end development experience with WordPress and/or Astro.
  • •Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • •Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS (TWCSS) in production environments.
  • •Knowledge of technical SEO principles, including Core Web Vitals, site speed optimization, and structured data.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • •Experience building static sites with Astro and deploying to modern hosting platforms (e.g., Vercel, Netlify).
  • •Familiarity with WordPress theme and plugin customization using PHP and REST API.
  • •Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
  • •Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • •Experience collaborating in Agile workflows with Git version control.
