Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding activities such as preparing documents and coordinating new hire orientation.
  • Assist in creating and implementing HR policies, guidelines, and process documentation.
  • Help organize team meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct basic research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for process improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn HR functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework or academic background in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or administration.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in employee engagement and culture-building.
