Responsibilities
- •Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- •Maintain and update candidate and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- •Support onboarding activities such as preparing documents and coordinating new hire orientation.
- •Assist in creating and implementing HR policies, guidelines, and process documentation.
- •Help organize team meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- •Conduct basic research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- •Good written and verbal communication skills.
- •Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- •Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- •Motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn HR functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- •Coursework or academic background in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- •Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or administration.
- •Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software.
- •Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in employee engagement and culture-building.
