Responsibilities
- •Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across chosen industries.
- •Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- •Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive recurring revenue opportunities.
- •Develop tailored proposals and presentations that communicate value effectively.
- •Track pipeline activity and update the CRM with accurate deal progress and forecasts.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and meet revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- •1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience (B2B or B2C).
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive ability.
- •Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured pipeline.
- •Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.
- •Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
Preferred Qualifications
- •Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or professional services sales.
- •Track record of consistently exceeding quota or sales KPIs.
- •Skilled in negotiation, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- •Ability to analyze client needs and position solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
