Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across chosen industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that communicate value effectively.
  • Track pipeline activity and update the CRM with accurate deal progress and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and meet revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive ability.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured pipeline.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or professional services sales.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota or sales KPIs.
  • Skilled in negotiation, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and position solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term sales growth opportunities.
